God’s love for us remains steadfast in the midst of trials and tribulations

God’s love for us remains steadfast in the midst of trials and tribulations and He is still in absolute control. God sees the end from the beginning. For Him the challenges we face are like replays, He already knows how it will end. He also determines how they end.

All things work together for good to them that love God. All things include those terrible situations similar to what Job faced or the one you may be facing now or in the future. The challenge is that what we see as good most times is at variance with what God sees good. Most times we look at things from physical perspective, the angle of the flesh, temporal nature while God measures things based on the spiritual impact and its eternal value.
We must trust Him and His word that all things will turn out for our good; the present impact notwithstanding.

Joseph for thirteen years of his life faced difficult situations he could not understand because of the hatred of his brothers and the enemy, the devil who wanted to destroy his God-given dream. But because he kept faith not minding being sold into slavery and imprisonment for standing with God’s word, the story of his life ended with this testimony:

“But as for you, ye thought evil against me; but God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save much people.” (Genesis 50:20)
