The recent attacks in Kwara State, where innocent worshippers
were murdered and abducted in Christ Apostolic Church, Oke
Isegun in Eruku, Ekiti Local Government Area, on 18 November
2025; and the kidnapping of 25 schoolgirls from Government Girls
Comprehensive Secondary School, Maga in Danko\/Wasagu Local
Government Area, Kebbi State, on 17 November 2025 represent
atrocities too many. These are grave violations against human life,
human dignity, and the collective conscience of our nation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To attack worshippers in God\u2019s house is not only a criminal act but
a desecration of the sacred. To abduct or harm schoolchildren,
symbols of our nation\u2019s future, is a cruelty that should alarm
every responsible leader. These repeated incidents expose the
deepening vulnerability of Nigerians and the worsening failure of
our security architecture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
While government officials continue to argue that \u201cthere is no
Christian genocide in Nigeria\u201d
, the perpetrators themselves are
making a different and tragic statement through their deliberate
targeting of Christian communities. This violence rebukes every
attempt to defend the indefensible. Rather than expending
precious energy debating semantics, it is far more urgent and
morally responsible to deploy that energy toward defending the
lives of citizens, which remains the primary constitutional duty of
government.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For decades, Christians, particularly in the northern parts of Nigeria,
have been repeatedly targeted, attacked, and killed. Yet our leaders
have not demonstrated by action that these lives matter. Instead,
the pursuit of power, political advantage, and personal interests
continues to overshadow the weightier responsibility of ensuring
safety, justice, and security for all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Too much innocent blood has been shed in this land. Scripture
warns clearly:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cDo not pollute the land in which you live; for bloodshed pollutes
the land, and no atonement can be made for the land for blood that
is shed in it except by the blood of the one who shed it.
\u201d

If we fail to address these crimes against humanity with sincerity,
courage, and justice, this nation risks attracting divine judgment, not
only upon the perpetrators but also upon every enabler, excuser,
and silent observer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We call on the Federal Government, state authorities, security
agencies, and all stakeholders to rise to their responsibilities with
urgency, transparency, and integrity. The killing and bloodshed must
stop. The life of every Nigerian must be protected. Justice must
prevail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Nigeria cannot continue on this path.
Innocent blood is crying.
History is watching.
Heaven is recording.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
